At first I was thinking of going with a “byte” pun, in reference to the bread shoes. Then something playing off the other meaning of “circuit”–as in laps. But then I decided to just let them speak for themselves.
According to treehugger, “They aren’t exactly wearable, lacking comfort (they weigh 15 pounds) and likely also lacking safety from various metals and materials you wouldn’t want next to your skin.” So it’s back to the dress shoes, I guess.
